Relaxing view and gorgeous location. Staff was decent, helped with each and every request. I truly enjoyed a nice decor and nice furniture. Local porridge, eggs and toast, overall the breakfast was magnificent. Overall clean and small hotel in Gion district.

Location and staff are great. It is located in the heart of the city, even so the area is horrible. We would book again as our stay was brilliant.

comfy beds, absolutely perfect rooms and top location. it is a wonderful place - 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.
Unfortunately wi-fi connection was slow.

It was reasonably clean & fairly large hotel, ideal staff and location. I got free upgrade and loved it.
